Helo PSO is only for external use. Avoid sensitive areas such as your eyes, lips, inside your nose, and the vaginal area, unless your doctor directs you otherwise.

Apply a small amount of helo® PSO cream onto your fingertips. Apply the cream to the affected area in small dots and spreading it evenly and gently massaging it in a circular motion until fully absorbed. Use enough cream to cover the entire affected area, but avoid applying excessive pressure, especially if your skin is sensitive.

The cream is easy to apply and absorbs quickly.

Let the cream fully absorb, so your skin is dry before getting dressed or coming into contact with textiles. 

Apply 1-2 times daily as needed for 4-12 weeks. Maximum effect after 12 weeks.

Use helo® PSO once a day between flair ups.

All ingredients are safe to use. However, one can develop sensitivity to any substance.

To minimize the risk of allergies, we do not use ingredients that are on the EU's list of declarable perfume substances, all of which are documented to be allergenic.

We recommend, when trying a new product, to always test the product on a small area of the skin to identify any negative reactions, such as allergies or hypersensitivity to some of the ingredients.

Boswellia helps calming and soothing dry, irritated, scaly sensitive skin. Its antioxidant properties help neutralize free radicals contributing to healthier and softer skin and improve the appearance of the skin.

Vitamin B12 is essential for the healthy reproduction of skin cells. Vitamin B12 helps to protect and promote the natural repair of the skin barrier.

Vitamin B12 anti-inflammatory properties bring relief to dry, itchy and irritated skin caused by skin dryness.

Urea is an important component of your skin’s natural moisturizing factor (NMF). Urea binds moist and contributes to the skin’s natural barrier function. A healthy skin barrier is crucial for preventing moisture loss and protecting the skin from environmental irritants.

At higher concentrations, such as the concentration in helo® PSO, Urea is a keratolytic agent, meaning it also help to gentle exfoliate the hard top layer of dead skin cells and reduce dead skin cells buildup on the skin’s surface.

The intensely moisturizing properties of Urea, soothes and softens tough skin, prone to dryness. By strengthening the skin barrier, Urea restores elasticity and help improve the appearance of dry, rough, flaky or scaly skin.

Yes, feel free to use other products as a supplement, especially during good periods to keep the skin/scalp soft and supple.

Children under 3 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women should only use helo® PSO in collaboration with a doctor.

For children over 3 years, we always recommend that you try the cream on a little patch if the skin is very sensitive.
