How to use
Apply a small amount of helo® PSO cream onto your fingertips. Apply the cream to the affected area in small dots and spreading it evenly and gently massaging it in a circular motion until fully absorbed. Use enough cream to cover the entire affected area, but avoid applying excessive pressure, especially if your skin is sensitive.
The cream is easy to apply and absorbs quickly.
Apply 1-2 times daily as needed for 4-12 weeks. Maximum effect after 12 weeks. Between flare ups: Apply 1 time daily.

Avoid sensitive areas such as near your eyes, lips, inside your nose, and the vaginal area, unless your doctor directs you otherwise.
Do not use when hypersensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients.
Children under 3 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women should only

The color of the cream due the ingredient vitamin B12 can discolor your clothes. We recommend, that the cream is fully absorbed, and your skin is completely dry, before getting dressed or coming into contact with textiles.
For children over 3 years, we always recommend that you try the cream on a little patch if the skin is very sensitive.

How to use

Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) is pink in natural form and gives the cream its color.
Vitamin B12 helps relieve dry and irritated skin, protects the skin barrier and promotes the natural repair of the skin barrier.
Boswellia
Boswellia helps relieve irritation and scaling in the skin.
Antioxidants in Boswellia can help neutralize free radicals, contributing to healthier skin and improve the appearance of the skin.
Urea
Urea in this concentration gently exfoliates very dry, rough or thickened skin and helps reduce dead skin cells on the skins surface.
Urea is an important component of your skin’s natural moisturizing factor (NMF), helps restore the skin's barrier and helps the skin retain moisture.
The skin is left supple and smooth.
helo® PSO also contains shea butter, almond oil, coconut oil and olive oil, which nourishes, strengthens, and softens the skin.

Please note that the natural pink color of the ingredient vitamin B12 in our skin cream can cause stains and discoloration on clothing and textiles, if not fully absorbed in the skin.
To avoid any inconvenience, apply a thin layer and allow it to absorb completely before coming into contact with clothing or textiles, such as freshly laundered white bedsheets.

What are the benefits of urea?
Urea can support the skin’s natural barrier function, which is crucial for preventing moisture loss and protecting the skin from irritants. At higher concentrations, such as the concentration in helo® PSO, urea is a keratolytic agent, meaning it can also help to exfoliate dead cells on the skin’s surface.
CAN I USE OTHER CREAMS/products AS A SUPPLEMENT?
Yes. A rich cream used as a supplement between flair ups will help to keep the skin soft and supple.
Is there anyone who shouldn’t use helo® PSO?
Children under three years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women should only use helo® PSO after consulting a doctor. For anyone using the cream, we always recommend a patch test, particularly if the skin is very sensitive. Apply a small amount of cream to the forearm or inner thigh and wait 24 hours to ensure no reactions, before continuing to use.
The cream is pink, will it stain my clothes?
The natural pink colour of helo® PSO comes from the ingredient vitamin B12 and it can cause stains and discolouration to clothes and fabrics if not properly absorbed into the skin. To avoid this, apply a thin layer of cream and allow it to fully absorb before dressing or coming into contact with fabrics such as bed sheets. If discolouration does occur as a result of a fabric coming into contact with the cream, it should disappear after washing.
Is helo® PSO vegan?
Yes! All of the ingredients in the cream are plant-based.
Does helo® PSO contain parabens?
No. The cream is free from harmful parabens.
Does helo® PSO contain perfume?
No. The product is completely fragrance free to minimise the risk of allergic reactions.
Is helo® PSO dermatologically tested?
Yes. The product is fully dermatologically tested. However, as with all skin products, there may be a reaction in some rare cases. If this happens, stop using the cream and consult a medical professional.
