1. To achieve the best effect, we recommend using helo hand cream several times a day as needed.  Especially at frequent contact with water like handwashing/ cleaning or staying in cold/warm/windy weather or in dry air like a room with air condition.
2. Apply a small amount of helo hand cream (big pea-size) on the top of one hand.
3. Spread and massage it evenly into both hands and let the hands dry completely (takes normally a few minutes) before contact with clothes or fabrics (to prevent any discoloration).

Tip! For very dry, irritated or cracked hands: To improve the effect of helo hand cream, apply the hand cream before bedtime and sleep with cotton gloves on.

Potential stains and discoloration on clothing
The natural substance vitamin B12 gives the cream a pink color. The color gradually disappears as it absorbs. To avoid any discoloration we recommend, that the cream is fully absorbed, and your skin/hands is completely dry, before getting dressed or in contact with fabrics (such as white bedsheets). This way, your skin/hands will benefit from our cream, and your bedsheets will remain pristine! But it should be easy to wash off.
