How to use
Apply a small amount of helo® PSO cream onto your fingertips. Apply the cream to the affected area in small dots and spreading it evenly and gently massaging it in a circular motion until fully absorbed.
Use enough cream to cover the entire affected area, but avoid applying excessive pressure, especially if your skin is sensitive.
The cream is easy to apply and absorbs quickly.
Let the cream fully absorb, so your skin is dry before getting dressed or coming in contact with textiles.
Apply 1-2 times daily as needed for 4-12 weeks. Maximum effect after 12 weeks.
Between flare ups: Apply 1 time daily.

How to use
- Apply a small amount of the pink helo® PSO cream onto your fingertips. Apply the cream to the affected area in small dots and spreading it evenly and gently massaging it in a circular motion until fully absorbed. Use enough cream to cover the entire affected area, but avoid applying excessive pressure, especially if your skin is sensitive.

- Boswellia
Derived from Frankincense, this ancient, anti-inflammatory ingredient softens skin irritations. Its antioxidant properties help neutralise free radicals, calming and soothing dry, flaky, scaly, irritated, sensitive skin.
- Vitamin B12
Essential for the healthy reproduction of skin cells, vitamin B12 helps to renew and rebuild damaged skin. Its anti inflammatory properties bring relief to dry and itchy skin.
- Urea
The intensely moisturizing properties of urea soften tough skin, prone to dryness. By exfoliating and removing dead skin cells and strengthening the skin barrier. Urea restores elasticity and improve the appearance of dry, rough or scaly skin.
helo® PSO also contains shea butter, almond oil, coconut oil and olive oil, which nourishes, strengthens, and softens the skin.

Please note that the natural pink color of the ingredient vitamin B12 in our skin cream can cause stains and discoloration on clothing and textiles, if not fully absorbed in the skin.
To avoid any inconvenience, apply a thin layer and allow it to absorb completely before coming into contact with clothing or textiles, such as freshly laundered white bedsheets.

Boswellia known as frankincense, is resinous extract from Boswellia Serrata trees. Boswellic acid has been used for years against various irritations. Boswellia is thought to have huge benefits to the skin, thanks to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Boswellia helps calming and soothing dry, irritated, scaly sensitive skin. Its antioxidant properties help neutralize free radicals contributing to healthier and softer skin and improve the appearance of the skin.
What are the benefits of vitamin B12?
Vitamin B12 is essential for the healthy reproduction of skin cells. Vitamin B12 helps to protect and promote the natural repair of the skin barrier.
Vitamin B12 anti-inflammatory properties bring relief to dry, itchy and irritated skin caused by skin dryness.
What are the benefits of Urea?
Urea is an important component of your skin’s natural moisturizing factor (NMF). Urea binds moist and contributes to the skin’s natural barrier function. A healthy skin barrier is crucial for preventing moisture loss and protecting the skin from environmental irritants.
At higher concentrations, such as the concentration in helo® PSO, Urea is a keratolytic agent, meaning it also help to gentle exfoliate the hard top layer of dead skin cells and reduce dead skin cells buildup on the skin’s surface.
The intensely moisturizing properties of Urea, soothes and softens tough skin, prone to dryness. By strengthening the skin barrier, Urea restores elasticity and help improve the appearance of dry, rough, flaky or scaly skin.
